East African Sea Moss

Ingredients: East African Sea Moss gel, spring water, organic, fresh fruit **ALL JARS ARE 16

*Also note that our sea moss is cleaned, soaked, and blended with spring water only. We understand that sea moss absorbs water naturally(it’s sea-grown) so we only use spring water to clean the sea moss as well as blend the sea moss to assure to deliver the highest quality product possible.

How to Store: Keep refrigerated! This stays fresh for 3-4 weeks in the fridge. You can freeze your gel, but be sure to remove a few spoonfuls to avoid your jar from exploding during expansion.

How to Use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily. I always take two. It can be taken as is or added to smoothies, (my favorite option), home-made ice creams, batters, soups, etc. This gel (preferably plain) can also be used as a face mask (simply apply to your face and rinse with water after 20 minutes, 2-3 times/week) or hair conditioner! DO A STRAND OR PATCH TEST FIRST..everyone is different.
